Natural Healing

Our bodies, a recorder of all life imbalances that have transpired in our lives, lets us know when something is or has gone wrong. This pain helps us to identify what we need to address before it becomes more serious and often if not addressed becomes chronic. This is an opportunity to take a look at our lives to find that imbalance or imbalances of what is not working.

It is important to recognize that the commitment for natural healing is a big step. I commend you for really taking responsibility. When we are honest with ourselves we sometimes tend to identify with our pain thus giving us excuses or a way out  for not taking responsibility for ourselves. (I know this because I too have identified with my maladies, played the victim and or used what I had as a crutch to get what I wanted) This is the transparency that I try to live my life by, reminding myself that I too am a work in progress. I have worked at being honest with myself, this has allowed me to heal and transform my own life which I am very grateful for, acknowledging that my experience may or may not be the case for you.
