Energy, mana, chi, life force, vibrational healing, quantum physics, bio-energy we may call it by different names and understand it differently, ultimately it comes down to our own awareness and what we are comfortable with. Through spiritual guidance I share a very loving and very direct form of healing. Its purpose is to release energy that is blocked, giving the recipient clarity of truth to promote self healing be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual; this combined with a coaching style that assists in connecting an individual to their own inspiration; gives us the opportunity to work together identifying, translating and changing the areas that no longer serve that individual.
